Anna & Paul swiped right on Tinder 5 years ago and met their perfect match. They got on like a house of fire and their romance bloomed from there. In March 2020, they got engaged in the beautiful Lough Eske Castle in Co Donegal. They now have two gorgeous girls Isla and Nainsi to complete their perfect family. They are a match made in heaven and so in love.

Anna & Paul were married in August 2022 in the breath taking Darver Castle. Darver Castle Estate is a beautiful private estate steeped with history and romance which dates back to the 15th Century. Situated on 50 acres of fine parkland and wooded grounds in the rolling countryside of County Louth.

Here come the girls - how good do they look already?

This is the first time I have covered a full wedding celebration at Darver Castle of getting ready, the ceremony and the reception - the staff are second to none here and we always get the warmest welcome.

The girls got glammed in the hair & makeup room in Darver by our talented Makeup Artist Janine Fearon at Beauty of Janine and the fabulous Jolene Feenan at Jolene Feenan Hair. The bride then got her dress on in the Bridal Suite.

Speaking of hair - check out the mother of the brides hair. They say your hair is your crowning glory - well she was definitely queen of the girls that day with the most amazing hair I have ever seen. I loved the thickness, volume and how it held its curl - hair envy definitely going on there.

WOW - bridal shoes will continue to be one of my favourite things to see.

I absolutely love extra touches throughout a wedding which make it more personal. On our brides bouquet she added photographs of her Dad & Grandpa so she had a little piece of them walking down the aisle with her. When you can’t hold dad’s hand as you walk that aisle, at least your hand is wrapped around his photograph and all the memories.

Anna is all ready for the most special day of her life. She is absolutely glowing and looks radiant in her stunning dress from The Vow Bridal Studio. The bridal suite at Darver is opulent and full of beautiful light. I love to get the chance to photorgraph in it on a wedding day.

How adorable are Isla & Nainsi - Anna & Paul’s daughters. They have the sweetest bond as sisters and this little moment captured just before we left the room is priceless. .

The groom and groomsmen all ready looking handsome wearing suits from Louis Boyd. They opted for classic three piece tuxedos which is a classic and timeless look - how diaper do they look.

Our beautiful bridesmaid’s with our bride looking an image of perfection. The girls went for elegant dusty pink satin dresses styled with a stunning bouquet which complimented their look. The flowers were created by K McC Flowers.

Paul’s cousin Stephen did the service on the day on his wedding - This made it extra special. He was the best sermon I have heard in all my years of weddings. He was the most inclusive and so full of spirituality and truth. If only all priests were like him.

Anna & Paul then took shots around the grounds of Darver Castle which is filled with fantastic photo opportunities. The courtyard provides the perfect backdrop for capturing once in a life time moments in a magnificent outdoor setting. The landscaped gardens are brimmed full of rose gardens, water fountains, water features, walled gardens, outdoor seating areas.

Martina Crilly at Creative Designs put her magic touch to everything to ensure the rooms were styled to perfection and looked like a fairytale dream wedding. The stunning white three tied cake with gold foil and flower detail was created by Heavenly Cakes and styled by Martina also.
